Ingredients
- Brothers pint glass
- 30ml chilled Amaretto
- 200ml chilled Brothers Cherry Bakewell Cider
- 100ml chilled Cola
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 glace cherry to garnish
With all this lovely hot weather we have been having, we delved back into our recipe book to find a drink that is fruity, sweet and, even better, made with our new Cherry Bakewell Cider.
We know that none of our delicious cider cocktails would be the same without a Brothers twist. So with that in mind, we have remixed the classic float and packed it full of tangy cherry flavours, cola and sweet vanilla ice cream. This is the perfect treat for those sunny summer days.
Method - Serves 1
- Add Amaretto, Brothers Cherry Bakewell Cider and cola to a pint glass.
- Add a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream.
- Top with a glace cherry to garnish.
