Returns Policy and Contact details

Due to the fragile nature of some of our products we utilize the services of a specialist courier. Whilst we take every care to deliver the goods safely, some breakages may occur. If the worst happens, we are happy to replace the damaged goods or, if you prefer, give you a full refund including the cost of original delivery.

You can cancel your order and get a refund if you get in touch before it is shipped. We hope that you will enjoy all of your purchases, however if this is not the case, we will offer to refund the cost of the product when your item is returned to us in the original, unopened state within 14 working days of being delivered. The original delivery costs may not be subject to a refund. All items will be inspected on return.

Items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed sufficiently to avoid any damages on route. We would also recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Items will be refunded at the purchase price, this includes sale items. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
