BBQ Halloumi Kebabs with Red Onion & Apple Cider Chutney September 24 2018
- Thread the halloumi, peppers, red onion and cherry tomatoes alternatively onto the wooden kebab sticks.
- To make the red onion chutney, place all the ingredients into a saucepan, bring to a simmer and allow to cook gently for approx. 30 mins until softened.
- Barbeque or griddle the kebabs, turning at regular intervals. Serve with the red onion chutney and a green salad.
